I really don't see any pros.

Cons

Onboarding is like elementary school. They treat you like you are a newborn first learning how to walk. Work environment is fairly hostile. You are asked to do the work of 3 people. People get fired every day with no warning or explanation. Pay is unfair. Processes are extremely rigid and detailed to the point where you're entire job is just checking boxes. No one cares about what your expertise might be. No one listens. Extremely "corporate" with it's culture. Higher ups are extremely proud of themselves, while lower level people know things aren't great. It's like high school. People are not welcoming nor friendly post onboarding. Very cliquey.

The people that are local to the Canonsburg branch make the job worth doing.

Cons

Horrible leadership from the top down. Little to no direction or path provided to the people making the company run. Offshore hires are not vetted nearly enough.
