The company has done a good job in the past couple of years on improvements to culture. There is sincerity and a genuine desire to make needed improvements to company operations. Some focus areas are efficiency, transparency, and automation.

Cons

The company tends to operate in a consistent stage of change and to be happy here you need to be ok with that. There are also barriers to getting good work done and a lack of cohesion due to communication failures between teams and their different priorities.
