Most of the people on the regional management level are great leaders. Always willing too provide support when needed and are always listening to ideas to approve processes that will benefit the company as a whole. The front line counter personal tend too be above average and are a great asset to the company.

The executive sales management for the company is severely lacking. Attempting to lead by what you read in your inspirational book of the week was very ineffective. Employees want to see action not lip service.
Great Culture, Employee/Customer/Vendor focused, Great pay and flexible with work-life balance. No better company to work for. those that don't like what has happened to them need to look in the mirror for the reason.
