Product Failures Repeatedly Dumped on Support

Exposure to a widely used real estate platform and different client setups.

Cons

- Product issues are repeatedly pushed directly onto support instead of being fixed at the source - Complex integrations and configurations cause frequent breakdowns and unexpected behavior - Support is left handling fallout without any real ability to fix the root cause - Constantly repeating the same troubleshooting and escalation work for recurring issues - Clients expect immediate solutions even when support cannot actually resolve the underlying problem - The situation becomes draining due to lack of control over core fixes

It hasn't been long enough to find any cons yet, but I think the benefits could be better.

well used platform that has promise

Cons

They keep eliminating positions and expecting those who are left to pick up the slack. They make massive changes with no training most of the time and there is no hope for growth or movement. They keep pushing AI that isn't ready to perform at the level they want it to and continue to underpay their staff to the point that they have to get second jobs just to pay basic bills. They have not done raises in two years and the bonuses are a joke. There is no reason to go above and beyond in this company. Upper management is a joke.
