Pros

Many opportunities to grow within the company. The job was challenging in many ways; Inside Real Estate is constantly improving the product, keeping up with current technology is important to the mission. Remote work is an option which I love. Overall excellent!

Cons

The job is demanding, and will consume a lot of time. The company is in a significant growth period; lots of pressure to produce.

Pros

It’s remote which is awesome.

Cons

You notice quickly that alot that happens in the calling side is unnecessary. It could be run so much better to the point that the only tabs that you need are greeting calls and scheduled calls. It’s not necessarily Inside real estate’s fault. It’s more on every single agent we call for. There’s a lot of pointless things we do that could be fixed if agents fixed their sites which would only take a day to do.
