Depending on the department, not a lot of opportunity for advancement. OK but not great benefits.

Pros

Pay is competitive and they are forward thinking.

Cons

They don't listen to constructive feedback if it's not what they want to hear. Only concern is to drive up the value to resell the investment. This leads them to reshuffle and let more employees go with little to no reason than any other player in the space.

We have certainly had some fast-paced growth in the last few years, and some acquisitions and other growth required hard work from a number of teams. We apologize for any negative experiences you had. While no leadership team is perfect, we strive to listen attentively to all of our employees and customers. A great company needs feedback from everyone. Each employee is a vital member of our team, and we are in the journey together.

I have loved my time at Inside Real Estate! The people are great, and I felt like part of the team from the beginning. I feel like the company invests in me and are conscious of my career development. I can talk to my supervisor when needed, and I have appreciated the clear communication from the company leadership. I love the feel that the company is growing quickly! It leaves a lot of room for growth and career development. I have seen fellow employees that have proven themselves, get rewarded adequately with new opportunities in different ways. All positives from my point of view!

Cons

As the company continues to grow, I would love to see 401k and/or HSA matching.
