Management lets you do your job with little interference, good work/life balance, strong core competencies, from what I have heard the new senior leadership is light years ahead of their predecessors
Cons
Management was slow to react to issues, during my tenure they was a great deal of senior management change and directives were ambiguous, hard to understand commission structure
If you have been acquired they way of life you have know will end. They can't decide if they want to provide software/ hardware or services. They have not been able to blend the different sales teams and acquired companies together into one seamless team. They spend a ton to buy their way into new markets and then get rid of what made those companies successful to keep the old guard call center in Tempe happy. Enterprise will never buy over the phone - let them be their own group.
Benefits are horrible and pay continues to get worse each year.
