Decent culture and fun people to work with

Cons

Pay is below average in the area and raises are minimal. Benefits are not great. Very little room for growth. Overtime is the norm. Office is a mess and overcrowded.

Good People but Frustrating Situations

Pros

Smart people, lots of mentor-ship, work from home pretty much as much as you want.

Cons

Client engagements seem to be poorly estimated and poorly defined leading to issues with definition of deliverables and timelines. The engineers and architects on all the teams I've been on have seemed very smart and capable but they are splitting time with other projects or dealing with client expectations which stifles the team. The organization structure is a little overly complicated. No office culture at least in the New York Office
