Lacks communication, only caters to their client, sends unnessary text messages to former employees on behalf of the client just because the clients asks even though the text doesnt make sense and they should push back such as "Its been 90+ days you need to go to Fedex today and ship the laptop" Had they simply checked the tracking they provided to send such laptop they would have easily seen the laptop was sent back 90+ days prior to this text being sent and saved themselves the embarrasement of sending that text and being sent the response of "The laptop was sent 3 months ago here is that image from fedex" Another one is them reaching 100+ days later saying "Do you have any other equipment?" They could save themselves by knowing all required equipment was returned.
