      Pathetic company to work for. Stay away.

      Pros

      Well stocked cafeteria, amazing office building. Most employees are friendly and nice.

      Cons

      Pathetic salary, expectation to work overtime without pay, aggressive micromanagement. People are fired left and right at whim, highest turnover I've seen in a company. Unless your an butt kisser, YOU WILL BE FIRED.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. I enjoy my coworkers.

      Cons

      Management has no clue due to promoting within the good old boys club. Poor benefits. They talk about wanting to retain employees but do the opposite through their actions. The "fun commitee" tries REALLY hard but has no company sponsorship and support. Unfortunately EVERYTHING is about the bottom line. They don't consider employees as an asset.

      A Great start to sales

      Pros

      Lots of benefits, great teamwork, free outings, prizes. I learnt a lot about sales and technology and about attention to detail for every sale. You start off with a crap book and have to make your way to the top its dog eat dog and sales. Management knows who cares and who doesn;t, you can see who will last and who won't.

      Cons

      Work life balance kind of sucks, a being a newb can be very tedious calling other peoples dropped clients, and not making progress even when you try hard as ever.
