      Pros

      At HQ in Tempe, most of the teammates are very helpful. There are many fun activities. New PM and Marketing Management are upgrading tools so people can be more efficient. In those departments starting to provide more training and more career opportunities. Management open about goals and direction.

      Cons

      Pay scale is low and health benefits are not good. No on-going sales training and no accountability in sales.

      Good Entry Level with opportunity to make good money if you find the golden ticket

      Cons

      Sales process is still in building phase which can sometimes make it difficult to endure through the process.

      Pros

      Above average pay, nice friendly work environment, benefits are improving (slowly), leadership is trying to get it right, emerging cloud environment may pay dividends, management is focused on improvement

      Cons

      Weak 401(k) match - only 25% match up to 6% of pay, 2-3% merit increases isn't going to cut it, need to scale merit increases on a value based system, inconsistent work from home policies from dept. to dept., C-level executives are paid too much (like many places) and not held accountable
