      Pros

      A really great team that was, in my experience, well managed and motivated. Good working environment with lots of opportunities. Middle and senior management really seemed to care about the staff, and as a result people were loyal and motivated.

      Cons

      Not much really. The basic salary was rather poor I suppose. Some of the software systems in use were not great. There were a few hoops to jump through, but nothing that you would not find at any company this size. They did run out of parking spaces while I was there though!

      Pros

      people, sales training is realty good. They make you feel welcome at first and important. Good exposure to manufacturers

      Cons

      pay is and as been 30 K base salary for 10 years now (Sales) no adjustements Management is really deficient, micromanaged to the bone, clock in clock out type of attitude

      Pros

      Great financial rewards when you're performing well, like with any job, if you get your head down and get on with what you're being employed and paid to do you'll be well rewarded and respected. Great team camaraderie with plenty of team nights out. Good pension plan and health care scheme.

      Cons

      Trying to complete some of the simplest tasks was painful. Integration between departments and other sites could be improved upon. Nextdesk tickets. Lack of career opportunities.
