Great Workplace, But Slow Referral Processing

Pros: *Hybrid setup *Competitive salary *Free HMO for 2 dependents *No toxic work environment (so far)

Cons

Cons: *Referral process takes a long time, sometimes more than 6 months. *HR does not respond or provide updates to the candidates I refer.

- Reasonably good compensation - Very smart technical people (if they haven't been RIF'ed) - Good support staff (HR, IT operations, etc.)

Cons

- Constantly changing consulting services model (significant changes, not just tweaks) - Emphasis on unrealistic profit growth - Management has proven unable to steer the company towards sustainable profitability - Terrible communication on the part of management - Terrible planning and execution of significant changes (75% of some project teams laid off in the middle of a project, repeatedly! How does this serve the clients!?)
