      Pros

      Nice pay and benefits, 150K HMO MBL (higher for supervisors and managers) + Group Life Insurance. Open to Work from home depending on department and position. Free training. GM and Top US executive has a regular round table session with employees. Equal opportunity employer.

      Salary alignment is taking longer than expected.

      - Very employee friendly - Good exposure to new technologies - Scope to learn new skills. -Perfect work-life balance -wonderful Bosses and team supervisors. - work from home options.

      - Slow growth opportunities as there are lots of experienced people around. - Increments are not as per industry standards. -

      You can get more than you expected

      Pros

      You can get more than you expected. Although it is a small local company, as an outsourcing company, you would not expect too much. But, at last, after entering the door, you will get more things: 1. salary increase range every year; 2. learning and certifications requirement; 3. multi-crossing work.

      Cons

      not a very steady job. many positions are not very stable.
