Pros

Great clients. Awesome managers. All around great people. They invest in their people. Flexible hours. Many opportunities.

Cons

Medical benefits could be better (very high deductible), but they do try and accommodate for existing conditions upon hiring.

Too much regional friction

Pros

Chicago office has some great people. A pleasant and motivating work environment.

Cons

Too much friction and competition between regional offices. It seems they are out to get each other instead of working together. Internal politics is more dirty than US politics which makes it difficult to focus on the job.

Pros

A really great team that was, in my experience, well managed and motivated. Good working environment with lots of opportunities. Middle and senior management really seemed to care about the staff, and as a result people were loyal and motivated.

Cons

Not much really. The basic salary was rather poor I suppose. Some of the software systems in use were not great. There were a few hoops to jump through, but nothing that you would not find at any company this size. They did run out of parking spaces while I was there though!
