Current drug has a very limited indication, stock has steadily declined since the drugs approval, limited pipeline. Upper level management and the CEO make claims with no proof (I.e. Chance of first line indication, being added to guidelines) Very few teams are making goal but management keeps raising the goals, the sales team seems deflated and management doesn't seem to care

Company is overstretched in some departments and overstaffed in others. The atmosphere has become very political and there is a lot of unnecessary work and meetings. HR knows about issues but does not provide solutions, except advice to try to solve it yourself, they say that if you have issues then you are responsible for it, and after that, they advise that "your talents may be best suited somewhere else". While focusing on moving to the newly build office and whether or not people would like to bring their dogs to work, it seems like both HR and upper management has forgotten about the employees and the ongoing issues.
