Pros

Company mission of helping businesses succeed so communities prosper is truly inspirational and something I was proud to contribute to. Many senior leadership and colleagues are genuinely good people who are great to work for and with. Generous PTO, benefits, and paid volunteer time.

Cons

Well-deserved reputation for great people culture may be degrading as more senior leaders retire and are replaced with external folks with different values. Not known for competitive salaries. Despite ample evidence that she shouldn't be managing people, I had one exceptionally terrible lower-level manager who retains her position.
