Pros

Amazing health benefits and very affordable for my whole family. Extremely generous PTO and holidays. The managers are passionate and really do care about their team, the clients, our services, training, and always open to collaboration. I've been here for many years and have no plans on leaving. Our team culture can't be beat and I feel supported and valued.

Cons

The base pay doesn't keep up with inflation even with yearly merit increases.

Great benefits, nice people, clean office.

Cons

They look to poach your previous contacts and personal network. Once you have divulged your valuable prospects they cut ties with you so they don’t have to pay your commissions.
