      There is nothing good about this company

      Cons

      They are incompetent, half of HR specialists have no knowledge of HR policies or what HR really is. They hire young kids who know nothing and have no accountability. Management is worse.

      Pros

      They hire one if the most caring individuals and supportive individuals you ever meet. This is coming from a place where ever where you go, you will meet people who are positive and open towards building connections. Even if you’re grabbing coffee, you will for sure connect with people, be it a coworkers or manager, they care about your well being. It the type of personality trait they look for when hiring individuals and it shows through their culture. My advise to increase your chance in getting a job here is to be authentically yourself and stay positive. Have a can do attitude and believe in your ability to deliver. Stay positive.
