- Tremendous pay and commission opportunity - Top-notch benefits - Flexibility in your schedule

Cons

- Lack of guidance and training, very much a "see what sticks" culture - Contradicting messages from leadership as opposed to what's actually practiced when conducting business with clients/prospects - Inappropriate conversations from teammates in office that was reported to HR, then talked about around the office
