Pros

The culture and benefits are phenomenal. The salary is strong, and the cap out on commission and residuals is endless. I love that I am with my client for the life of their time with Insperity because I get to build true Relationships. I get to sell the best of the best in the business. The most expensive offering to the best buyers who also appreciate culture and understand the importance of their employees.

Cons

Job is not easy, but every second is worth it.

Cons

Payroll leadership is sorely lacking especially in the middle market area. They don't take care of their people and looks like they recently pushed out a terrific supervisor who did care about the team and had a lot of knowledge.

Based on our experience, there is nothing positive I can say about this cult-like company.

Cons

Insperity has not released my and other former employee's 401(k). I encourage folks to verify their wrongdoing in a system they cannot scam/game. Do your own search using Pacer and Insperity or Adminastaff.
