      Pros

      Low turnover, great volunteer opportunities decent pay. The interview process is horrible.

      Dosen't have good work like balance. Advancement is slow due to low turnover

      I do not have anything positive to say about the people I dealt with at insperity.

      Cons

      Those assigned to represent HR were sub-standard. They actually worked with management to manipulate and alter employee climate survey results and present partial truth in their report. They encouraged toxic management techniques and terminate key employees and supplied the henchman to infiltrate the company to carryout hostile bully tactics. Maybe nothing illegal but ethics and morals are not their strong suit.
