      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Unlimited income potential. Great communication up and down the ladder of leadership. Unbelievable resources for training and development to ensure success. Insperity is a high growth company with lots of career options for advancement. Most important a leadership group that ALWAYS seems to make the right decision keeping our clients best interest first.

      Cons

      This is not a position or a company for someone that does not have a self starter attitude. The learning curve is steep and the company cannot force the learning on anyone. An individual must commit to learning our products, services, value proposition and how to apply it in the market.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. I've been a BPA for 1 year and although it has a steep learning curve, the company has been patient and supportive. Good pay, great benefits, stellar staff.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve. For a top producer it's hard to humble yourself and realize that you have to learn a new way to consultative selling. Long sales process. It seems that you need to be prepared to invest 2 years for all the hunting to pay off.... but it will.
