A great company that cares about you as a person

Pros

The work environment feels like you're surrounded with friends and family (in a good way). People actually care for each other and it's clear that you're important to the company. The benefits are exceptional, and pay is very fair, and you are encourage to rise int he company if that's what you want to do.

Cons

Like all companies, there is some internal drama with office politics.

Pros

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The company really values its' employees. The work is hard and important, but resources are provided to make the work possible and help reduce team stress.

Cons

Not really a "con" because it happens everywhere - - priorities change, sometimes daily. It's a fact of life with software, but it can throw a wrench into a well functioning team.
