      Work/life balance, people are nice

      Limited accountability, weak bonus plan for non-executives, organizational structure, and lack of cascading goals limit the commitment and execution.

      The salary and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Depending on which geography you work will equate to the amount of sales success you will have. If you are not in a fiber rich market do no expect to build a solid pipeline that you can make money in. Pricing, service delivery and customer service are issues.

      Great people, great mission and great services for clients.

      Cons

      Politics. Politics exist at every company but there are so many bad politics at Insperity. Many c-level execs and directors who have been here forever and do not like change. If you are related to someone at the top, you're a "golden child" and can get away with anything.
