      Pros

      Pay is better than some HRP and BPO companies. Benefits are good, but the company is contibuting less. Managers get better than average offices, sales managers get company vehicles that you pick within a dollar cap.

      Cons

      Senior management (based in Texas) has a myopic view of what happens in the field and does not trust anyone not from Texas, the home state.. Execs don't know clients, don't make sales calls, don't understand what a sales rep does anymore, have little competitive information that is current, and make the sale more complicated than it should be; e. g.: pricing proposals never contained any detail, but the sales rep had a sheet that could be shared with a client. Proposals changed in 2009 to a "lump sum" number;" no detail is provided except for insurance.

      Pros

      Focused on making a difference for our clients and our communities. Insperity (formerly Administaff) is a company that walks the talk and does what it says it will do.

      Cons

      Although the benefits are very comprehensive and competitive the base compensation is not adequate for the type of work and level of work experience required (particularly as an HR Specialist working with clients)
