      Pros

      I've been working at Insperity for a year now and I am having a lot of fun with some interesting work and an expert level team. The pay and total rewards are pretty strong and the company is very comfortable for me as a Christian woman which is not common nowadays.

      Cons

      It'd be nice to have a larger team so we can take on more work, but leadership is good about setting reasonable expectations.
