      Pros

      Good Base Salary, The HR Department is very responsive, and Management is generous with Food and general expenses.

      Cons

      **You have to negotiate your commissions from your sales with your clients as an enrollment fee, out of that enrollment fee you have to cut in the company a percentage as well. The culture is very cult-like, everyone loves you and is nice to you as long as you are smiling and agreeing with the culture. The minute you leave no one wants to speak with you. It's like leaving the island.
