      Pros

      Values drive leadership decisions and actions. Well-being is prioritized. Leaders are rewarded for creating psychological safety. Excellent at cascading communication considering the size of the organization. Excellent at "piloting" change and considering the impact on stakeholders- seeking input before change is implemented. Servant leadership at all levels. Great balance of autonomy and accountability. Mastered how to foster collaboration and connection in remote work environments.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive in many roles. May have too many layers of management.

      Insperity knows how to hire people that share the same vision, mission, and values which translates into everyone being on the same team and working together to serve clients with integrity, excellence, and a passion to help businesses achieve higher levels of suscess.

      Cons

      If you're not truly passionate about helping others and aren't up for the challenge of finding clients that need Insperity and see the value in our solutions, then this job is not for you.
