      Pros

      I enjoyed working with my team and other departments. Everyone was always so friendly. There was always something new to learn.

      Cons

      Cons are lack of instruction. Lack of teaching, was told to ask questions and at the same time don’t ask the same questions. How is one able to learn without asking questions and who better to ask than the people above you , team lead or manager.

      Knowledge base and experience of scrum team is exceptional

      Many workstreams have different procedures and assignment of responsibilities, which makes it difficult to get teams on the same page as far as best practices
