Pros

Upper leadership is very down to earth and operations focused. Lots of great ideas are being tested and vetted before being implemented. I feel very confident in the overall direction of the company.

Cons

Everything is relatively new due to recent acquisitions, so you need to be patient as things are being ironed out.

Pros

Fun brands (Arbys, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic) make it a more playful place than some corporate environments. There are a variety of initiatives going on, so the work has been both challenging and hasn't fallen into a rut just yet. I like the people and feel like my opinions and work are heard and taken seriously.

Cons

No major downsides. Some nit-picks. Benefits are solid, but not superb. Depending on the team, there are more or less opportunities to be creative and heard. The brands are pretty independent, so there's a bit of siloing.
