Pros

It’s a nice office with free coffee

Cons

Does not value degrees and licenses. Want top performers but only willing to pay below average salary. There is a reason there is so much turnover - they fire people left and right and outsource your work to people outside of the US

Cons

No learning and certifications , skill development. Racist and Castiest remarks by managers / Tech leads ( no position but the person assumes and behaves so , senior Data engineering. Ignorance at its peak , sometimes feels like if you are non telugu its doomed for you
