Pros

The culture that the brands had before they joined together to become Inspire still remains to some extent. The people that you work with are really the only benefits. Free stuff and merch only goes so far.

Cons

Chaotic, poor management, unclear hierarchy and promotion structure, high levels of turnover. Inequality of promotions and pay between Atlanta and Boston offices.

Pros

Decent benefits for health and dental

Cons

I came in overqualified for my position and was able to demonstrate it through my work. Exceeded my objectives, consistently high performing. My promotion was repeatedly delayed due to 'market conditions'. I knew I deserved better and took a better offer elsewhere.
