Pros

Wonderful work environment and excellent teammates. Leadership is respectful of employees' time and push for team ownership. Overall, it's a pretty good place to work.

Cons

Sometimes a bit demanding. Lack of great processes make things complicated and can be improved (which many teams are trying)

Pros

Good pay, fully remote, interesting work

Cons

Demanding leaders work long hours and expect you to do the same, tons of turnover, reorg every 6 months and a constantly changing strategy

Pros

Good place to develop your skills. Management is generally supportive and willing to help you grow your career. Good comp for your level.

Cons

Tech stack is riddled with debt from years of rapid growth. The company trajectory is constantly focused on the next milestone, and it has been harder and harder to develop in an increasingly unstable and unmaintained codebase.
