Pros

1. A lot of work, so you learn a lot 2. Provided meals in the office

Cons

1. There is a culture of finding the scape goat in this organization. It is just how problems are solved. Unless not blamed on someone the issue is not resolved. This has caused many good people to quit. 2. I personally felt the difference in treatment for for being a woman 3. No raises and always "below expectation" reviews so that they don't have to give raises, this is the case with everyone on the team 4. No work life balance and no positive reinforcements, both verbal and compensational
