Pros

Great flexibility for stay at home moms. A way to make a little spending money or savings for Christmas gifts!

Cons

Not knowing the difficulties of the deliveries prior to arriving. For example, climbing 3 or more flights of stairs unexpectedly.

Pros

Not much. Loose supervision. Freedom to develop skills -- if you have time, and you'll do it completely alone.

Cons

HR is the WORST. They will lie to your face with a smile. New management will come in and decide you suddenly are a terrible employee and fire you -- the while everything was great before this person was brought in.

Pros

Great in the beginning, turned into a nightmare quickly.

Cons

Mass firings, laid off hundreds with no warning.
