Pros

1. Interesting work if your manager is cares about your development 2. Decent pay and benefits

Cons

1. Political culture where people operate in ways that maximize their own gain, even at the expense of others. 2. Top-down mandates with little regard to realistic timelines 3. Managers are inexperienced with leading teams 4. Nonexistent work life balance. Frequent messages from managers and directors in the middle of the night and on weekends 5. Many layers of red tape to get approval

Pros

Flexible and can take breaks as needed.

Cons

Not enough orders to go around. Waiting for a order can take hours on low volume days. Get an education instead.
