Pros

Free Instacart and peacock membership. Medical and leave benefits are above average.

Cons

Everyone I know took a pay cut to work here but the market is what it is and companys will take advanatge of that. I don't think anybody is super passionate about the products at least in sales and layoffs seem almost expected now. Severe lack of diversity and cultural awareness.

Friendly managers and peers. Always willing to help you grow and everyone is incredibly hands on.

Cons

There is a word minimum but I do not have any.

Benefits and perks provided by the company though not enough to stay

Cons

Not treated equally amongst employees. Unlimited PTO. Not enough room for advancement. Job postings aren't made available to everyone
