No 20-something fresh-out-of-school personality issues - Engineering leadership very reasonable and experienced; has had previous exits - Nice people. No bro/jerks/alcoholism - No "big company" bureaucracy issues - You get to own significant pieces of the tech stack - Female-friendly; balancing the gender ratio is a company-wide priority - Product team is competent and cares about UX

- Not a great fit for 9-5 "coasting" mentality - Thrifty, not big on perks and freebies You will do serious work, but it will be worth it.
