Neat office space with lots of free coffee. Conveniently located in the suburbs of Northern Virginia region.

Cons

Inept and corrupt IT people in senior ranks. They lack proper understanding of technology concepts and IT process maturities. Expect personal favors from office staff in their teams. Cronyism runs deep among some Asians who are in senior ranks at this non-profit.
