Pros

IBTS has a great focus on training, which as a young professional I find to be very important. There is a great culture and you have access to all of the Directors and Executives which allows you to really get involved. The company is expanding and growing allowing for great future opportunities to advance my career.

Cons

The company has some growing pains as they make the leap from being a small business to a medium sized business.
