This company is sub-par,not organized, poor management and plant supervisor is the absolute worst. no respect, no praise, combative and does not pay attention to detail.

Low pay on all positions. Treated as second class workers if you are hourly. The salary workers are all from GE. GE owns this company but the hourly workers are not GE workers. If you are a minute late you are given 1/2 an occurrence. Get 7 and they will fire you. These occurrences do not go away for a year. They treat the workers as if they are children. Terrible HR department. They are for the company and not for the worker.
