Amazing product and thus is rewarding to be a part of something that will help so many. Pay & benefits are good as well.

Cons

Management performance and style are not equal across the board and can be abusive to the employees.

If you are unemployed, desperate and in need a job then it may be the right place for you to make some cash and collect a paycheck. If you would like to feel empowered, work in a positive environment with happy people and be part of a resolution focused collaborative team that makes a productive difference, you won't find any of that at Insulet! Do you like eating sour grapes?

Cons

Extremely high turn over. Revolving door. Quality people quickly move on as soon as they smell the stench. There's a negative chill in the air, people don't acknowledge you even if you smile and say good morning. Barking demands flow through e-mail, please and thank you are rarely ever spoken. Volatile work environment! Control freaks attempt to run shows they know nothing about by creating bottle necks, re-work and decreasing productivity instead of trusting and empowering people to make positive improvements and do the jobs they were hired to do.

Great product that impacts the life of patients directly. You actually feel attached to the company and the patient community and that motivates you!

Cons

The work culture and office politics drains all the positive energy that you might get from the product and the service to patient community.
