Pros

Management is fantastic, both upper and immediate. Training is extensive and concise. The company absolutely cares about their employee's well being and encourages time off and work/life balance. Movement within company is ever available and talking about it with your direct supervisor is never shunned. Career development, from entry level positions up to corporate level positions is continuously encouraged.

Cons

Cross-Departmental communication could be better. Division amongst certain areas of the company does tend to section off groups from each other occasionally which hampers productivity.
