Pros

As an independent contractor under the brokerage, I feel like there are so many resources for success from the technology to scripts that explain the value to the clients. Honesty is my #1 value and transparency is a value of the company. I love how we don't have to be pushy to clients like how the mortgage world expected us to be because the value of what we provide is obviously there.

Absolutely love it with this company. The leadership, training and support is unlike anything I’ve experienced. My mentors are always there for me and the team is supportive and awesome. Truly thankful to be able to access the #1 agent in the country for training and leadership and all of the technology and education that Pete and Brandon and their wonderful office team have put in place.

Cons

I can’t think of any. If a person is willing to put the work in then they will see results. If you don’t put in the work, you won’t see results. It’s that simple.
