No resources given for help, constantly asked to over perform with no credit or recognition, the executives do not care for our department. Toxic culture of frat bros and no respect for work-life balance.
As a husband and father of 2 and 5 y/o, stability in sales is paramount. At InsuraTec, I found open, caring and driven leadership! As soon as I stepped into my new role, Pete and Brandon (and the whole team) made me feel valued. They backed it up with short term cashflow sales incentives and long term growth opportunity. They also introduced me to the 7-step system to get started immediately and virtually.
Cons
I would say not meeting with the team daily can be a considered a con, but we do our best to meet virtually at least 3-5 times per week.
