      Pros

      a very well managed, cost concious company - very stable - sustainable growth.

      Cons

      work/life balance isn't too bad; but it's not great either - should allow tele-commuting.

      Pros

      technology used here is very good; if you can stay away from all the politics and negativity and fighting you can learn a lot

      Cons

      -new CIO+ promised a lot but has done very little -it seems almost everyone is angry and demotivated -existing management seems to get away with a lot of double talk and promoting/protecting their friends -they are cutting back so far it looks like they plan on outsourcing the whole IT shop -support in cleaning up the work environment from HR is lacking and unfocused

      if you are connected with the right people in power, you will have some protection and security in your job

      Cons

      lots of entrenched long term managers who will never leave because they would not be able to get a job elsewhere. since they always worked for ISO, they have no other frame of reference for doing things differently
