      Co-workers are fantastic. The general area of the office offers variety

      Cons

      Senior IT management is totally absent and has no idea what is going on. Work from home is not an official policy...unless you're one of the chosen few. IT people generally work 6 days per week due to the change control window Equipment Procurement is a fiasco that can take weeks. Meanwhile, all work stops until it's approved. Out-of-date desktops. People will buy their own large display screens rather than use the small screen that is issued. Project management is a joke. Communication doesn't exist

      Flex work schedule, friendly work atmosphere, competitive salary, exam raises, and bonuses, they encourage taking adavantage of opportunities for professional growth

      Cons

      Boring work, not so analytical, hard to reach senior management because people have been here for so many years, could probably get better salary elsewhere
