      Pros

      Monday- Friday schedule, Management is very helpful, Family environment, great pay, bonuses, free leads, no charge backs, paid vacation and personal days. Need I say more. If your into life insurance sales than this is the BEST company to work for.

      You have to wake up and get out of bed.

      There's no pro's actually. If i were to rate the company a year and a half ago , i would give it 4stars. For the past year or so - no PDOs , Budget way cut short , Manipulating , Lying , No growth whatsoever

      Pros

      ISI is truly a wonderful place to work. Fair compensation, a great work life balance, unmatched training, wonderful and healthy leadership, and just overall a great work environment. It is truly like a family.

      Cons

      It can be high stress only because the nature of sales, not because of the company.
