Pros

The work place is very supportive. Excellent training. If you don't have a sales background it doesn't matter they'll teach you quickly and efficiently. Everyone is really supportive and many opportunities to grow as well. Very comfortable being able to work from for salary + bonus. The harder you work, the bigger the bonus. No complaints here

Cons

Sometimes you'll get a call that may tear down the confidence a bit and make you question how good you are at the job but the coaches and managers are always around to make sure they guide you through it and then you make a sale and it's all back and you're on top of the world
